01
Phone triage
You call (323) 328-8521 and tell us what's backing up: a floor drain, a three-compartment sink, or the main. We ask about your building age and whether the line has been jetted before. You get a rough price range on that call and a window for arrival, usually within a few hours.
02
Camera first
Before any water goes in, we run a sewer camera down the line. That shows us grease volume, scale, root intrusion, or a collapsed section. It takes 10 to 15 minutes and it tells us what pressure and nozzle to use. No guessing, no surprise damage.
03
Jetting the line
We set up the hydro jetting machine and feed the high-pressure hose through the cleanout. A jetting nozzle or rotary chain cutter scours the walls at 3,000-4,000 PSI while we watch the pressure gauge. Grease lines usually clear in 30 to 60 minutes; heavier root jobs run longer.
04
Camera verify
We run the camera again after jetting. If any grease or root mass is left, we go back in. You see the before and after footage on our screen, so you know the line is actually clean instead of just draining for now. That footage is yours to keep for your records.
05
Cleanup and plan
We wipe down the area, bag any debris, and put your cleanout caps back. Then we tell you what we saw and how often your line should be jetted, based on your grease volume and menu. Most Montebello restaurants book us every three to six months.
